Each week they show up with a different, untrained crew that doesn't do even the basics promised on the cleaning "check-sheet." The chemicals they use are so harsh they discolored several of our appliances, and they use dirty mops and old vacuum cleaners so our entire house smelled like wet dog. We called them back at least ten times to finish or correct their work. My husband arrived home to find one of the workers (and his mother!) using a $3,000 piece of our medical equipment! That was the last straw.
